  Lasi is a tremendous tour guide. Not only does he know Sri Lanka’s treasures like the back of his hand, he also knows every single road that leads there (in two weeks I have never seen him using Google Maps) while skillfully mastering even the craziest traffic, knows where’s the best spot to park, when it’s best to enter which temple through which door to avoid getting stuck in tourist traffic even during peek times, is friends with all the right people and has endless knowledge about Sri Lanka driven by pure love for his country, but: he’s also a great guy to have around. Lasi is a great guide!!! He took care of us on our entire trips and tours, gave us informative informations with so much knowledg of cultures, history, art and backgrounds but not just that, he also gave fantastic recommendations of best highlights places, foods and shopping centers 😁. We were two females travelers and felts very safe/comfortable with him with cheerful smile and golden heart. A very patient, amazing and cool guy. He is our tour guide for 6 days 🤩😍.   Lasi was prompt and for us from day we arrive at airport and every day we were with him. i struggled with mobility at times at he was a shoulder to lean on. We were with him on tour for over a week and he was an exemplary driver and guide. He is government approved guide and his knowledge of all the different paces amazed us.   Wir haben 12 Tage Urlaub in Sri Lanka gemacht. Davon war 6 Tage als Rundreise gebucht mit einem Guide. Glücklicherweise haben wir Lasi als Guide bekommen. Er hat und alles gezeigt, was in der Tour beschrieben wurde, konnte alle Fragen beantworten und ist auf unsere eigenen Wünsche sehr gut eingegangen.
Er spricht sehr gutes Englisch und ein paar Sätze deutsch, jedoch würde ich ihm jeden als Guide empfehlen. Jeder Wunsch wurde mit Bestnote erfüllt, ob es ums Geldwechseln, um einen typischen Supermarkt oder andere Sachen ging. Er kannte sich in jeder Stadt super aus.

Der Verkehr in Sri Lanka ist als Deutscher schon sehr abenteuerlich, aber Lasi fuhr sehr gut, sodass wir uns immer sicher gefühlt haben.

Leider macht er nur in Sri Lanka die Rundreisen, sonst würde ich ihn auch für andere Länder buchen 😀

Wir haben ihn ins Herz geschlossen und werden ihn vermissen. Ich wünsche ihm und seiner Familie viel Gesundheit

  We have booked a 14 day trip to Sri Lanka.
The first 6 days we have booked a round trip. We were assigned Lasi as a guide for the whole 6 days.
I am still overwhelmed by so much commitment and heart and soul that Lasi put into the tour. Always looking out for our well-being, we finished the first week with all the sights, interesting stops and a lot of knowledge about his homeland. It was never boring. Lasi was always in a good mood, funny and very empathetic.
Whether changing money, supermarket requests or other requests off the tour were never a problem. Best know-how for the right stops was always given.
Another plus is the very modern and well maintained car. With the wild traffic in Sri Lanka, which is very respectful for a tourist, we never had to worry. Lasi has a great, quiet and very safe driving style. We felt comfortable at every second. This also extended through the guided tours or the trips through the much busier streets. With Lasi at our side we didn't have to worry about anything.

It's a pity that you can't be our guide in other countries as well.
Again and again with pleasure.

  This August, Lasi showed us Sri Lanka as our travel guide for 3 weeks. No matter what it was about, be it the colourful nature and wildlife of Sri Lanka or the many different temples, Lasi could always tell us interesting information and stories. Even if we had questions, he was always able to give us very competent answers. Even if we needed a pharmacy, a bank ATM or a grocery shop, we could always count on him. In general, Lasi is a very pleasant and friendly person with whom we felt very comfortable during the last 3 weeks.
